APIAF is an umbrella group of adoption organisations. APIAF itself does not help prospective adoptive parents with their individual adoptions.

If you're interested in adopting a child internationally, you should contact an organisation in your country of residence that is accredited under the Hague Convention on Intercountry Adoption.

You can search for such organisations here. http://www.hcch.net/index_en.php?act=conventions.authorities&cid=69
